Title: Epiphany start page lacks IRC link Status in “ubuntu-themes” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Binary package hint: ubuntu-artwork The file available at file:///usr/share/ubuntu- artwork/home/locales/index-C.html mentions the IRC channel #ubuntu, but does not provide an irc:// protocol link to allow for opening it with Pidgin (or another IRC client). Rather, it is just plain text. This is in Intrepid, as of the 25th of September.
