To reproduce:
1. Open GNOME control center
2. Select "Security and Privacy"
3. Select "All Settings"
4. Select "Security and Privacy"
5. Select "Diagnostics"
6. Select "Send error reports to Canonical"
Observed result:
- Crash
Expected result:
- Checkbox is toggled
Crash is due to the DBus proxy object from the time the panel is created
in step 2 being accessed after it was destroyed due to the configuration
change.
