Alright, after a bit of poking pm-utils is still required, however
kubuntu-desktop still incorrectly depends on pm-utils. Upower has been
patched out so as to only use pm-utils and thus upower must declare a
hard dependency on pm-utils

Bug description:
  With Trusty Alpha 2 installed I have no suspend option available from
  my kickoff menu when I apt-get purge pm-utils.
