Annoying 1 pixel window border at the top

Bug description:
Since the last update of the package "chromium-browser", there is 1
pixel window border at the top, which is super annoying. In fact, it
prevents from selecting tabs easily (need to move 1 or 2 pixels down
to select the tab), and it's the same for the "minimize", "maximize"
and "close" buttons at the top right corner.
