After installing graphics card, the dual monitor system doesn't work
right. The accelerator card screen works fine, but the original on-board
VGA shows blocks of noise. this only changes pattern at log on/off. The
Sysyem settings/displays correctly identifies the hardware. The system
works fine with windows XP, so there are no hardware issues.
