Bug description:
When resuming from a suspend or hibernate, networkmanager doesn't seem
to find any network interfaces. I am running an up-to-date (Apr 19)
version of dapper and I have an ipw2200 and a b44.

Running "sudo killall NetworkManager; sudo /etc/init.d/NetworkManager
start" fixes the issue, nm-applet will connect to the newly started
network manager, which will find the interfaces and instantly bring
  the network back online.

Highly annoying bug as it basically breaks what networkmanager is
  supposed to fix.
