Adding nautilus as the affected package, might be wrong, but better than
no package association.

** Package changed: ubuntu => nautilus (Ubuntu)

Title:
Ubuntu 13.04: Java not available in "Open With" properties, cannot set
it as default application for jar files

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
After installing Java 6 and 7, I can right-click on jar files and do
"open with" and select Java 6 or 7 there, but I cannot set jar files
to always open with Java by going to the properties of a jar file, to
the "Open With" tab, and selecting them in the list because they do
not appear in the list of available applications nor does Ubuntu 13.04
give you the ability to add applications to that list.
