Was unable to execute "ubuntu software center" by clicking on the gtk3
gui icon from the bottom panel bar.

Bug description:
After clicking the "ubuntu software center" icon, the application did
not open. Went to the application menu to access the program. Program
still failed to open. Opened a terminal and ran the command:
#software-center. The terminal displayed this output:
