Struts weren't set up correctly at some point, this I believe has since been 
fixed. Onboard 0.99.0 in my tests only shrinks the work area of the primary 
monitor.
I'll close this bug for now. Marius, please reopen it, if you still see this 
happening in 0.99.0.
