Struts weren't set up correctly at some point, this I believe has since been
fixed. Onboard 0.99.0 in my tests only shrinks the work area of the primary
monitor.
I'll close this bug for now. Marius, please reopen it, if you still see this
happening in 0.99.0.

When using two separate screens (not mirroring) and having the
shrinking workarea function enabled, the keyboard appear in one of the
screens, but the workarea in the other screen is also shrinked.
