I'm sorry that nobody has looked on your bug yet. This version of Ubuntu is now EOL and it might be fixed in a newer Ubuntu version. Ubuntu 12.04 is the current LTS version of Ubuntu. Can you tell me if you are still affected by this bug? Thank you very much for reporting bugs to Ubuntu!
