Once a release is made, the packages are frozen and thus are not changed.
Precise and Lucid are the only two current stable releases that still have 
openoffice package.
Openoffice is no longer present in quantal/raring. And all other releases 
mentioned have now reached end of life.

Bug description:
  Please remove OOo from the Main repository:

  + for all releases and move to Universe,
  or
  + for Natty onwards, continue to package it for future releases, and move it 
to Universe for Natty onwards,
  or
  + for Natty onwards, no longer package it for future releases, and move to 
Universe for Maverick and prior releases,
  or
  + for all releases and no longer package it in Ubuntu.

  The reason for this request is to clear up whether OOo is officially
  supported software, or Community maintained software, i.e. not
  officially supported software.
