I am also experiencing this. In addition, I determined that it does not matter whether the first disc has previously been inserted. The incorrect track listing is shown even if the second disc is inserted first.

Nine Inch Nails' will show Ghosts I-IV - 1 Ghosts I - 18 Ghosts II). I expect that the second CD would show its own tracklist (19 Ghosts III - 36 Ghosts IV). However, when I insert the second CD to rip it, the track listing is exactly the same as the first which means I have to tag it entirely myself. This behaviour should be fixed. Steps to replicate: 1. Insert first CD of a two CD album. 2. Open Rhythmbox and check the track listing. 3. Replace first CD with second CD. 4. Again open Rhythmbox and check the track listing.
