Title:
ubuntu software center no loner opens when selected or ran from a
terminal on xubuntu 13.10.

Bug description:
Installed ubuntuone-client via terminal. Could not execute ubuntuone-client.
previously ran ubuntu-software-center to install ubuntuone-control-panel-qt.
After installation, tried to run ubuntu from the "settings manager" window.
Ubuntuone did not execut. Install synaptic-package-manager. Searched for
ubuntuone. Found the apps relative to ubuntuone were installed. Tried removing
all ubuntuone packages and ran:
#sudo apt-get remove ubuntuone-client #and
#sudo apt-get autoremove
Packages dpkg thought were related to ubuntuone were removed.
Tried to open software-center again, nothing happened. Tried running
the program via terminal. Got this error message:
