Symptoms: 1. A loaded image is shown instead of an other loaded image (image is duplicated / replaced) [see screenshot, the icon in the top-left "Meine Abos - Youtube" has the Icon of "IT-News ct, iX, ..." and of "Portal > ubuntuusers.de"] 2. A image is corrupted so you can't even recognize what shall be shown 2_1.
