I confirm that. Libreoffice default font are some grey color (strange anyway). In math equation characters are also grey and cannot be change.
How resolve: Need to change default color for fonts to Black in Writer: Tools -> Options -> Appearance -> Font Color Thus, it will be written in black, natural otherwise in my opinion.
