Title:
CTH-470 unable to configure Express Buttons

Status in “xf86-input-wacom” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
After plugging in Wacom CTH-470, which is auto recognised and appears
in the System Settings - Wacom Settings. There are no options to
configure the Express Buttons - the dialog screen is empty.

It would be great to be able to configure a button as the toggle for
the TouchPad - this does look possible within KDE (however the button
config which is configurable does not work).

Having this work out the box in Ubuntu would be great!

  I am running 12.10 32bit and 64bit - same issue on both.
