I have a PDF form in which a couple of fields are multi-option drop- down widgets, e.g. Title: [ Select one ] Mr. Ms. Mrs. The field is initially set to "[ Select one ]", and I am supposed to select one of the options. I do this, and save a copy of the PDF. When I open the newly-filled PDF file, most of the fields have my information in them, but the drop-downs have reverted to the "[ Select one ]" state.
