Yesterday i enable the sound notification of my system... and this morning Nickserv wakeup me one more time... Then men, iv got the solution, you can disable the sound notifications. Trust me, it fix this bug. BTW i receive 10-15 messages from nickserv per days, it is really annoying, but fortunatly i only join one IRC server.
