Thanks for your reply. I think you misunderstand my issue though. The
bug report is not about nlpsolver being in a separate binary package/not
being pulled out by the metapackage. It's about it being in a separate
*source* package, despite actually being in the upstream LibreOffice
source tarball. Sorry if I wasn't clear!

Bug description:
  Currently, the Solver for Non-Linear Programming addon for Calc is a
  separate source package (called nlpsolver). However, NLPSolver is
  included by upstream LO has one of the addons that are shipped by
  default. Other addons this is done for (like, say, the Wiki Publisher)
  are part of the LibreOffice source package. As a result, it's also not
  pulled in by the libreoffice metapackage.

  Please change the meta package to pull this in.
