Title: Update libgweather to 3.8 Status in “gnome-applets” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in “libgweather” package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed Bug description: I have updated the ubuntu-desktop branch (linked) with the libgweather 3.8 packaging, merged from Debian. libgweather 3.8 is needed to update gnome-clocks to 3.8. I don't have upload rights for this package so I will need sponsorship. Note that the soname was bumped so this will start a small transition. Details below.
