Bug description:
I have updated the ubuntu-desktop branch (linked) with the libgweather
3.8 packaging, merged from Debian. libgweather 3.8 is needed to update
gnome-clocks to 3.8.
I don't have upload rights for this package so I will need
sponsorship.
Note that the soname was bumped so this will start a small transition.
