What is the command line you're using? Does it work if run from gnome-
terminal? Does it show any error messages?

Bug description:
Xdiagnose won't launch. I tried to report bugs with it, but nothing
happened when I launched it from the dash.
My sound settings are inactive and my system will not suspend, reboot
or shut down except by using the power button.
