Bug description:
unity 4.16.0-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
1. Minimize a window.
2. At a terminal, enter "unity --replace".
3. Once Unity restarts, try to switch to the minimized window, by using the
launcher, launcher spread, or Alt Tab.
What happens: You can't.
