Title:
Invalid Dnd is not being ingored in the launcher.

Status in Unity:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The launcher does not handle incorrect Dnd correctly. When you move
say, text over the launcher it dims everything as if it thinks the
launcher can do something with it, but it should ignore things that do
not have "text/uri-list". Currently, it assumes anything thats under a
ProcessDndMove is valid and dims things when it should skip it.
