Ubuntu One Notes was disabled at the end of February 2013. The blog post

There are other sync options that may work for you. You can setup your
own WebSync server with Rainy or SSHSync if you have a server with SSH
access. The full list is available on the "Add-ins" tab under Tomboy's
Preferences window.
