Bug description:
[Impact]
The shopping lens results are meant to be always displayed as the
third category if there any results from other lenses. Currently
results from lenses that don't provide personal content (for example
wikipedia lens) can force the shopping lens to be displayed as
first/second category, which is not desired.
[Test Case]
- Perform a search in dash home that returns results in the "More
suggestions" category as well as in other lenses that don't provide
personal content (videos or photos). Ensure that "More suggestions"
category is displayed as third (or second if there are only two
categories visible)
[Regression potential]
- searching for applications doesn't display them as first
