Closing as Fix Released: it seems to me as though this was already fixed
at some point: I can't reproduce the issue on the development release.

Title:
tabs for VPN and IPv4 Settings switch order when editing a connection

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  network-manager: 0.8-0ubuntu3
  Ubuntu: 10.04 LTS

  Please see the screenshot:
When adding a new VPN connection (right), the tab order is VPN | IPv4
Settings.
When editing an existing connection (middle), the tab order is the other way
around.

This is only a tiny annoyance but still confusing.
