Title:
  Horizontal scrolling scrolls in wrong direction if 'Concent sticks to
  fingers' is activated

Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In Ubuntu 13.04, if you go to the Settings -> Mouse & Touchpad ->
  check "Content sticks to fingers", then you get 'natural scrolling' as
  for cell phones, for example. Now if you enable horizontal scrolling
  (via Alt + F2 -> dconf-editor -> org -> gnome -> settings-daemon ->
  peripherals -> touchpad -> check horiz-scroll-enabled), then scrolling
  horizontally does not respect this rule. It uses "classical"
  (horizontal) scrolling instead. So in case if both "Content sticks to
  fingers" and horizontal scrolling are activated, the latter should
  change its scrolling direction, too, everything else contradicts
  logic.
