Choosing a picture and trying to "Publish" it to Picasa Web Album
returns login failure:
Service https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v1/userinfo returned HTTP
status code 401 Unauthorized
Publishing to flickr works.
Empathy chat via google(talk) works.
