This is still a problem in Quantal and Raring. It is more of an issue than ever with Raring because there is no libreoffice-gtk package to remove. Using Unity. To reproduce: open any of Calc, Writer, Base, Draw, Impress, keyboard shortcuts do not work. Also, after some time working in a file, main entries work but sub entries are unavailable ("greyed-out").
