I have looked into this bug and my version of gimp is on English US. My version uses "dialogs" and not "dialogues". I have found through searching the code that "dialogues" is only used in the English GB and English CA translations. I am not familiar enough with using those translations to know if this is still a bug. If someone that is familiar with these translations some input would be appreciated. I have attached the Grep output for the search for "dialogues".
