Title:
  Drop-down menus allow infinite scroll

Status in “gtk+2.0” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 10.4 RC and previous releases

  1. Open any GTK application that has a drop-down menu (Empathy, Firefox ->
save as, GIMP, etc)
  2. Position the application window so that when the drop-down menu is opened
it touches the lower edge of the screen
  3. With the mouse wheel, you can now scroll up infinitely

See the attached screenshot from Empathy
