apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected quantal running-unity

** Description changed:

While creating a document in .docx format with attached .jpeg images,
the images are eventually replaced by "Read Error" messages.

  This affects LibreOffice-core. /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin
  Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2))
  1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4

This is present in Ubuntu release 12.10 on AMD64

I was attempting to create a Lab Notebook for a college course. The
document contained several pages and 10-15 .jpeg images. The document
appears normal as long as it is open for editing. Closing and reopening
the document at a later time resulted in all images being replaced by
"Read Error". I have experienced this with essentially every document I
attempt to attach images to in the past year.
