I am seeing this issue as well. My setup is similar (Evolution 2.32.2, using Exchange MAPI, on Natty x64, etc.) The time differential for me is four hours. The meeting start time should be 3:00 PM EST, but is listed as 7:00 PM. I have verified that Evolution is configured to use the system time zone (America/New_York), which is correct. And there is no Second Zone selected. The Exchange server, in my case is Exchange v6.5 (Exchange 2003).
This is unusual. The meeting organizer is in the same office, using the same Exchange server.
