Title:
  About window in Firefox 3 is too small for its contents.

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

  In Firefox, I open the About window through the Help menu, but the
  window is initially too small for its own contents. All of the text is
  not shown. Luckily it's resizable, but obviously it needs more height
  to begin with.

  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu 8.10
  Release:      8.10

  firefox release is: 3.0.5+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.10.1

  I've attached an image to illustrate what I mean.
