  Ubuntu 64-bit 13.04 3.8.0-2 generic

  Alt-F2 to launch gksu nautilus with ROOT privilege.
  Unable to change preferences due to MISSING file menu.

  File menu does provide the preferences option when nautilus is
  launched with USER privilege.
