** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: software-center
+ software-center 3.0.7, Ubuntu 10.10

I had VirtualBox 3.2 (commercial, not OSE) installed. I've downloaded
4.0, and executed the package so that Software Center opens it. It
greyed out the "install" button and only said it conflicts with 3.2
Virtualbox. I resolved it manually by uninstalling VirtualBox in the
terminal via apt-get, but there is no obvious easy way to resolve the
  issue in Software Center itself.
