Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

  with the backlight set to the minimum, after the display is blanked
  via dpms standy/suspend/off and resumed, the backlight has been set to
  the maximum

  pommed, gnome-screensaver, gnome-power-manager are not running
  xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5
