This might be a duplicate of #191674. I'm running Ubuntu (not Xubuntu) 8.04
on a Dell Inspiron 1520. I am currently running the XFCE desktop environment
with compiz and avant-window navigator.
gnome-settings-daemon crashes when I try to play an audio CD in banshee. The
system continues to run perfectly normally.
