Title: the clock calendar should use tooltips on events Status in Desktop panel for GNOME: Confirmed Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: The birthday reminder is a little too long in french locale to fit in the clock applet, and thus it is impossible to know whose birthday it is without launching evolution.
