Just now found out that even optical disks are not mounted either
automatically or manually as same for the USB disks.

Bug description:
  When an External USB stick or SD card is plugged in the following
  error appears:

  Unable to mount 16 GB File system

  Not Authorized: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed:
  Action org.freedesktop.udisks.filesystem-mount is not registered

  Moreover, this particular USD device is a live USB stick for Ubuntu
  12.04 64-bit flavor. Even though other USB stick or SD card of msdos
  type or FAT type also doesn't mount.
