Bug description:
Can't output to external monitor via VGA, however HDMI output is ok.
Error message is:
can't output to VGA, error message: Could not switch the monitor
configuration, requested position/size for CRTC 148 is outside the allowed
limit: position=(1366,0),size=(1280,768), maximum=(1600,1600)
