Title:
Drag and Drop from Firefox to LibreOffice pastes HTML source

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “openoffice.org” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

When you select text in Firefox and drag it over to an Openoffice
writer window, one would expect the formatted text to be pasted over
(like you do when you do a straight copy-paste). Instead, it pastes
over the HTML source, which probably isn't what most people want.

Not sure if this has been reported before (the closest I could find
was a bug report on dragging and dropping images), but this is a
nuisance because it's causing one of Firefox's most useful features to
  break.
