Thanks for the bug report. Since this bug was reported there has been
many changes to Ubuntu and also a couple new versions were released as
well. Is the issue still happening for you?

Happened when I tried to remove (and trash) a torrent from the web-
interface. The torrent was not removed and the transmission-daemon
service stopped.
