Public bug reported:

When starting LibreOffice via the launcher icon a second icon is placed
in the launcher and the original one goes on blinking.

Reproduce: place the LibreOffice icon in launcher, click it, close the window
you get and click the icon again. A new icon pops up and the old one continues
“blinking”.

I experience this in Ubuntu 12.10.
LibreOffice: 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4
