Public bug reported: When starting LibreOffice via the launcher icon a second icon is placed in the launcher and the original one goes on blinking.
Reproduce: place the LibreOffice icon in launcher, click it, close the window you get and click the icon again. A new icon pops up and the old one continues “blinking”. I experience this in Ubuntu 12.10. LibreOffice: 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4 Also see attached image. ** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "libreoffice launcher icon bug.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1098664/+attachment/3480362/+files/libreoffice%20launcher%20icon%20bug.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1098664 Title: launching libreoffice via the launcher-icon opens a second icon Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When starting LibreOffice via the launcher icon a second icon is placed in the launcher and the original one goes on blinking.
