This bug should be obsoleted by the new dynamic Workspace Switcher icon, which can be found in Raring.

Not a huge issue, but a bitesize one. Perhaps, an aubergine background on the switcher icon, like the default wallpaper, consistent with the switcher window that appears in Compiz on Cntrl > Alt > Arrow.
