Writer doesn't save final comment in .docx format

Bug description:
What happens:
In some cases, when saving a document with comments in .docx format, the last
comment is not saved (other comments are saved as they should be.) This
happens only some of the time, and I can't find any factors that separate the
cases where it works from the ones when it does not. I have not experienced
this when saving in .odt or .doc formats.
What should happen:
All comments should be saved.
