The scrollbar behaviour should be identical to Cimi's GTK overlay scrollbars. Use vertical white line for the position indicator see https://chinstrap.canonical.com/~sabdfl/12_10/desktop_and_netbook/Dash/Home/dash_home_v1.png for visual design (as opposed to vertical orange line in the GTK version).
