Bug description:
  After upgrading to quantal suspend from the menu no longer works (pm-
  suspend works just fine).  .xsession-errors contains this relevant
  line:

  gnome-session[2937]: libupower-glib-CRITICAL:
  up_client_get_can_suspend: assertion `UP_IS_CLIENT (client)' failed
