rendering of the tree arrows

  Removal of 061_multiarch_module_fallback.patch causes tree arrows to
  be rendered very small & light

Status in “gtk+3.0” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Maybe this is the intended look? or maybe the patch removal was premature
  (maybe some will think smaller is better?
  Will attach 3 examples. before & after patch removal
  The 1st 2 screens are most obvious though the application isn't supported, 
(list tree view in nautilus) don't think that's the point really
